FitDocMed Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. General Policy

We design and deliver access to premium educational content via private Telegram groups/channels. Admissions and access are granted immediately after successful payment (automated system).

2. No-Refund Cases

Once you have been added to a program group/channel, the subscription cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review program details carefully before enrolling.

3. Exceptions (Technical Issues)

We may assist in limited scenarios related to clear technical failures:

• Payment was charged but access links were not delivered due to a system error.
• Gateway shows failed/expired transaction but your account was debited.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order, please share the transaction references. After verification, the duplicate amount will be reversed as per payment partner timelines.

5. Transfers & Substitutions

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Changing to a different program or transferring access to another person is not permitted after activation.

6. How to Raise a Request

For any billing or access concern, please contact us with:

• Registered name and phone/email
• Order ID and payment reference
• Screenshots of the payment status (if available)

7. Processing Timelines

Successful reversals (for failed/duplicate cases) are subject to gateway/bank processing times. This typically ranges from 5–10 working days, depending on the bank and payment method.

We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
