1. Eligibility & Account

Our services are intended for medical exam aspirants. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are eligible to use the services under applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities under your account.

2. Programs & Access

Programs are delivered primarily through official Telegram groups/channels. Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the subscription term associated with your program.

We may modify program content (e.g., schedules, question banks, or tests) to improve quality or reflect exam updates.

3. Payments & Pricing

Fees are displayed at checkout and processed securely by payment partners. Prices and offers may change from time to time.

Most programs are offered with 6-month or 12-month subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are not offered at this time.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not share proprietary content (tests, notes, links) outside your enrolled groups.
• Do not attempt to copy, scrape, or redistribute content without permission.
• Be respectful in all interactions with mentors and fellow participants.
• Do not engage in activity that disrupts the service or violates applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including questions, explanations, study plans, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by FitDocMed or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use the content for personal study during the active subscription.

6. Disclaimers

Programs are designed to support exam preparation; outcomes depend on individual effort and exam conditions. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitDocMed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service. You may discontinue use at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
